LTT Without NOC
===============

Home Work:
1. Search for respective RTO of your location and go to that respective RTO only. Else other RTO will not entertain.

Docs Required:
1. All originals (RC, Invoice, PUC etc)
2. COpy of following:
1. RC
2. Invoice
3. License
4. PUC
5. Local Address Proof (Electricity Bill)

Procedure:
1. Go to 2nd floor and ask for form 14 (outside one person is sitting on table)
2. If you don't know Kannada, ask him to fill on behalf of you
3. Write an application to "RTO <branch>" for requistion of paying LTT in Bangalore for vehicle No. <vehicle no.>
    Also, mention that "I don't want any refund of LTT paid"
4. Go to Room No. 13 (Counter 9) and ask the maddam to calculate the LTT.
    Tax Calculation : 10% of Total Value and then based on vehicle life
      1% penalty per month if vehicle is more than 30 days in Karnataka
5. After calculating she will ask for "Audit"
6. Go to Room No. 1 and sign on it via Auditor (seating inside)
7. Now, you can go to create DD in any bank in favor of "RTO Bangalore"
   I suggest to prefer Canara Bank (instead of PNB), They given me my DD in 30 minutes.
8. Take this DD to Room No. 13 (Counter 8), person will enter your particualrs from your original RC
9. Person will ask to show the docs to again at Counter no. 9
10.Person at counter no. 9 will send you to Room no. 13 for his Bioemtric Thumb impression of head clerk sitting in Room No. 13
11.Head clerk will verify and enter your details in system via biometric thumb impression.
12. Pay the DD and form 14 to Room no. 1 Cashier. Get the original with you and you are DONE now.
13. Enjoy your ride in Bangalore !!!


P.S.:
1. Be there by 10:30 AM (prefer weekdays) as most of staff come by that time so you will finish early.
2. So many here and there from Room 1 to Room 13. Don;t Worry, have patience.
3. All are ready to help there, please co-operate.
